Header Showing on Full Screen but not on Desktop

Hello,

I am trying to delete a header that was added a long time ago that is displayed under my announcement bar and above my header with my logo. It gives a link to my product page.

I am not able to edit the header because it only shows when in full screen mode. Does anyone have a way I can delete it? Thank you

  1. Go to Online Store > Theme > Edit code of your current theme

  2. Paste the below code before
