I am using the spotlight theme and the header is way too big. Every time you scroll up it takes up the whole page and there’s just too much white space when scrolled all the way up. Ive tried to edit the code and so far everything I tried did not work am I missing something?

If your header is taking up the whole page when you scroll, you can try reducing the margin and padding of the header section. You can do this by going to the customize option of your theme, in the header section.
If the problem still persist, then please share your store URL with password(if password protected) so that I can provide with a solution further.
