Header Text disappeared - Trying to make text black

Hi,

I’ve been experimenting reading various information to try and make the header of my site transparent until the user either scrolls or highlights over the header with their mouse.

I managed to make it transparent & so then moved on to trying to introduce the colour change upon scrolling.

However, it has now gone fully white and I am unable to see the text on the header despite the colour settings being set to black?

Could I please get some help if possible on both making the header transparent but to change upon hovering & or scrolling on the site. & to see my buttons!

Here’s my site: https://fetch-fluff.myshopify.com/?_ab=0&_fd=0&_sc=1

Add the below line of the CSS at the end of your base.css file.

body .header__menu-item{
color:#000;
}

Hi @Scottrise

You can achieve this by adding a script to your header.liquid. Unfortunately, this is not just a simple edits. I did have a solution about this in my website.
