Header with two bottom bars

Hello all.

This is my first post, I am trying to transition over from Wordpress and finding it rather difficult. I am using the refresh theme 15.4.0 and i am wanting to add two bars within the header section with blocks that i can add images, text with icons, links etc, the same as in the image here.

Is this possible? If so could anyone help me navigate it, I am a complete noob with coding.

Hey @discountwashers

For the second bar, in your refresh theme customization, there should be an option called “Announcement bar”, just simply drag that announcement bar below header and you’ll have your second bar.

For the first bar, many themes by default don’t support this type of section, as it typically requires custom coding within the theme files. Since this can’t be achieved with CSS alone, I would need your store URL and collaborator request code to implement the changes for you, should you be interested.

Unfortunately, the Bar 1 is not a feature in Refresh theme. If you don’t want to code, you can use the Multi column and Rich text sections instead.
