Heading/Text location issue in the "image with text overlay" section of my Debut theme.

I am having an issue with my Heading/Text location in the “image with text overlay” section of my Debut theme. The location in web view is fine, however the location when switched to mobile view is covering my face. I would like to either:

  1. Move JUST the mobile location of the heading/text to top and center OR

  2. Move BOTH mobile and web locations of the heading/text to bottom center

My first choice would be to move JUST the mobile heading/text to top center. Below is current:
