Hello…I am having an issue trying to edit a fioter banner on the checkout cart page. Even though I went to the ‘Checkout’ section, there is no option to edit/delete/hide the info. I am in desperate need of help as this issue is preventing me from publishing my website. Unfortunately, SideKick was unable to help me resolve the issue. anyone help me?

Hey @Szignaturedesignz

Are you talking about cart page or checkout? Both are two different pages and Shopify doesn’t allow much changes on the Checkout page until and unless you’re on Shopify Plus.

So, making changes on the checkout page is very limited.

These banner and footers appear on the ‘View your cart’ page.

Is there any other options aside from being force to upgrade to ‘Shopify Plus’?

The other option is using the Checkout UI extension. It’s paid but it will fulfill your requirements.

That’s cart page yes, no problem! Just share your store URL and Password if enabled and I’ll get this sorted out.
