Hello, i connect my domain from name cheap to shopify, I did this 3 days ago but i still face ssl pending issue , how i can resolve this issue

i cant connect my domain name been trying all day luckily they have a decent help chat and discovered SSL error wants me to contact shopify the domain is www.greenpawpals.com
