On July 3rd at 20:30h I’ve bought a clothes set from Essntl brand (I saw them on tiktok) . They said I will recieve it on July 13 - July 15 (I haven’t). Then I tried to write them a letter (about “when I get the set” ) and I didn’t get any answer. After that i tried going to the online shop, it said “This site can not be reached” or something like that. They changed the tiktok account also… I realy want to get my set. The email is store+104356512078@g.shopifyemail.com and essntlbrand@gmail.com. Please can you fix this. Thank you. @shopify @Laza_Binaery

Sorry this happened to you. This looks like the store has shut down after taking payment, so here’s what to do:
- Dispute the charge with your bank or card provider (chargeback) this is your best way to get your money back, since the store is unreachable and past the delivery date.
- Report the store to Shopify here: Report a merchant the email you shared confirms it was a real Shopify store, which helps them look into it.
Don’t count on the shop’s personal gmail replying at this point, treat that as a dead end. Shopify itself usually can’t issue you a refund directly (the money sits with the merchant’s payment processor, not Shopify), so the chargeback is really your main path to getting your funds back.

I checked their TikTok and they do have a good amount of follower’s. But when searching for store link, as you did not mention one, i saw 4 domains. And that part is suspicious. On one domain they claim they are moving to different domain and they will fullfill all oders. And 10 days is not much but still right time to take action. @levipalliser give you good advice for bank and reporting merchant but when you do report try to check Fraud part also.
Good luck and hope you can see red flags in future. There are a lot of scam stores outthere.
