Are you still unable to see your online store? The store is loading for me without any issues.

If you still have issues, try troubleshoot the issue by following the below steps.

  1. Clear the cookies and cache of your browser and then reboot the browser and try.
  2. Try a different web browser. For example: If you are currently using Google Chrome, login to your Shopify store using any other browser like Firefox and then try to view your store.
  3. Try to login from an incognito window or private browsing window to rule out any browser issues.
  4. Try another device, such as another computer or mobile phone.
  5. Try to connect to some other internet connection. For example: Use network on a phone rather than wifi.
  6. Disable add-ons and extensions from your browser and try

Open Chrome, click the three dots on the upper right corner of the window and then choose More tools from the pop-up window.
Select Extensions from a list of options.
Scroll down to find the extension and click the Remove button of the extension. Then, remove them one by one.

Hi there @yippptay

I can see this is your first post here, you are very welcome to the Shopify Community!

I understand that you are experiencing some issues with your store not loading properly. I am happy to report that your store appears to be loading perfectly fine for me, and I am not seeing any of those errors in your screenshots. This could indicate that the issue has been resolved, or is perhaps only localized to your own setup.

Can you confirm that the issue is also resolved for you? If not, then please let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot this issue here. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try if you are still seeing this error:

  • Clear your browser cache & cookies. This can help if the browser is storing old data which can cause issues.
  • Try accessing your store from a different browser, a different device and even a different network - all of these things can help rule out localized issues with your setup.
  • If you are using a VPN on your network connection, temporarily disable it to see if that was somehow blocking access to your store.
  • Install a clean, fresh and unedited copy of a free Shopify theme and publish that to your store. This can help to confirm if the storefront issues are coming from your currently published theme. It can be useful to help narrow down the issue.

Separate to this, I think your storefront looks great, and I can see you have put some real effort into it. Have you considered adding an about us page to your store navigation? About us pages are very beneficial for increasing customer trust and can help you tell more of a story about your business. You could also consider adding some policy pages to outline things like shipping info, legal info and returns etc. More info on adding policy pages here.
