I understand you’ve paid your subscription bill and now your website is displaying as inactive. Rest assured, I’ll do my best to share steps on how to contact our support team to have this resolved.

To contact our support team, you’ll need to submit a support request via the Shopify Help Center. This is recommended as you’ll need to be authenticated in order for our team to take a look within your Shopify admin and settings. I’ll share the steps below for better visibility to contact our team.

How to contact Shopify Support:

  • Navigate to the Shopify Help Center and log in to your store
  • Select Accounts from the topics provided
  • Select Logging in from the subtopics provided
  • Scroll down to Get Support and click one of our available support options
  • Please note: If the Request a Callback button is unavailable, keep checking back as it will show once there is room in the phone queue to offer support.
