New Shopify store owner here (That’s IT! Collectables!), and I’m diving headfirst into the world of ecommerce! I’m facing two challenges I’d love some advice on:

Abandoned Checkouts: Customers are adding awesome collectibles to their carts, but then leaving before checkout. Any tips on how to win them back and capture those lost sales?

DSers Dilemma: I was using DSers for fulfillment, but it’s not working out. Now I need to find a new supplier for a specific product. What are some strategies for switching suppliers smoothly?
