My add to cart button randomly stopped working! Please help!

Generally, the main reason(s) why an Add to Cart button may not act as expected is due to:
- A third party app - have you installed any apps recently that integrate with your product pages?
- Theme customization - Which theme are you using? Have you had any custom coding done to your theme?
