Help creating a button that scrolls to specific section

Hello everyone! I’m having trouble editing a button on my page. I currently have a “back to top” button like this one https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/os/customize/add-back-to-top

Now I need that button to stop scrolling to the top and scroll to a specific section instead. This is my product page https://backtocolor.com/products/restauracion-y-coloreado-digital and I need the button to scroll to the upload button that says “Agrega tus fotografias aqui”

How can I do this? Thanks!
