Every time I try to upload my ad, I get this error message:

There is 1 error with this activity:

  • A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being published. Try to republish in a few minutes.

My store is new so I’ve never ran ads before. I’ve looked everywhere in this forum and online with no suitable responses as of yet. My store domain is confirmed, my email is verified, everything is set up correctly. My FB ad account hasn’t been restricted or banned. None of the products or descriptions go against FB guidelines…

I would just go directly through the FB Ad Manager to create my ad, but it doesn’t make it easy to create a simple ad like the shopify FB integration does…

Please, does anyone have a solution for this, many people have already discussed this with shopify customer service whom cannot seem to help.
