HELP. How do I add a CSS Grid to my site so that it is responsive on all mobile sizes

Hello

I have noticed my site looks different on various mobile screen sizes, Please see the below example of the text moving when screen size is made bigger. I want everything on smaller iPhones to be the same layout at larger iphone screens.

From inspecting the code I realised they’re is no CSS Grid in use on the site, where as other sites do use this.

Would adding a CSS Grid solve my issue? If so how do I add this.
