Avoid “HELP” non emergencies , it’s a good way to get ignored since everyone on the forums wants free help for their business.
Others can’t see or know what you’ve done they don’t have your code they don’t have your store setup or steps you’ve taken.
You have to be MUCH less ambiguous so that OTHER people know what you have done and how and with what.
Show code, show the store, show the theme, etc etc.
