First of all, the website you shared as a reference isn’t built on Shopify so you can’t exactly get the same layout but you can get something similar like that by coding a collection custom template layout. This type of work would most probably require a lot of complex coding so if you’re not familiar with coding then I would highly recommend you to hire a Shopify developer who can help you out with that.
