Hey Guys, i really need help!
i’m trying to confirm my documentation with shopify to be able to receive payments. But the issue is that my brother added his own date of birth. For this reason it will not accept my documents and won’t let me receive my pay. Please help me, I tried going to the contact page but it won’t load up for some reason. Could you please send me an email so I could reset my date of birth details.

Anytime a situation arises regarding documentation being required, our Support Team will need to get you authenticated in order to provide you with assistance. I have a link to our Live Team portal here that you can use to login and reach out to us in a secure fashion. From there, you can let our team know about your situation and they’ll be able to escalate things up to the correct folks to have this looked into.
I understand that you mentioned that you has issues loading the page when you last reached it. Please, give the link I provided above a try and let me know if you run into any loading issues then.
