When you delete a product, it’s permanently removed from Shopify. Deleted products can’t be restored from Shopify. It may be possible to restore the lost product if you made a local copy of the product data on your own device. Is it possible that you archived the variants rather than fully deleting them? If so, then you can recover an archived variant by following the steps outlined here. I hope this helps!
How do you feel things are going at the minute on your store? Is there anything you’d like to improve or change?
Sadly I was trying to achieve some of the variants and managed to delete them by mistake
