Help - Lost all of my "Helpful Link" pages when I change one of them.

I think it is because I changed my “Default Page”. When I changed the lost pages to “Full Width”, the content came back.

The Helpful Link page is a separate page created in the old theme. When you change to a new theme and the new theme doesn’t have this page, it will disappear. You should go back to the old theme - the theme with the Helpful Link page - to revert that page.
