Hello, I know our Shopify store can generate more income than it is doing to subsidise our bricks & mortar shop so we need help understanding how to do this please. How to tag our products on Instagram so that a purchase is only a click away. How to reach a wider audience - we ship only to the UK.

Hello there @HeartGallery It seems to me that you just need to hire someone that could handle or maybe even just talk you through process of Instagram and social media ads in general, so I believe that should be your natural next step
On the other hand, if you are not financially able to do that at the moment you could check through YouTube tutorials on them for the meantime.

You are absolutely right when you said you can generate more income selling on Shopify than a brick-and-mortar shop.
In response to your question, I didn’t fully understand what you meant by tagging products on Instagram.
Did you mean to sell your Shopify products on Instagram too? yeah can’t spend money on someone and to be fair need to learn and understand Shopify fully ourselves to maximise our site. Will check out You Tube thanks for the advice
We notice other accounts on Instagram you can click on the image and it takes you to their shop page to purchase, just one click away rather than searching for the website and the shop and scrolling through the products to find the right one. This is what we are tryig to implement - tagging the product featured so the viewer can click straight through to buy - hope that makes sense?
