Help me PLEASE! error for every change I make

Hi, I really hope some will be able to help, my deadline is coming in 3 days and I cannot edit my Debut theme anymore.

Every small change that I am trying to do…even changing font, text or color shows me the following error and the theme won’t save my changes:

Setting ‘text’ is invalid. Attribute ‘data-mce-fragment=“1”’ is not permitted on tag ‘

  • Does this error message appear when editing other themes? Have you tried installing a fresh Shopify theme to see if the issue carries out?
  • Have you recently installed any new apps?
  • Have you tried rolling back your theme code to an older date stamp to see when the error message first appeared?
  • Have any recent changes been made to your theme code?

Since you’re using a free theme from Shopify, then our support team may be able to help you with small changes to your theme. If you’re on the Basic Shopify plan or higher, then you can use up to 60 minutes of free design support, used in 15-minute increments. If no coding has been applied to your theme code and you have design time available, you can contact our support team to look into theme support for your theme.
