Because of Indian PayPal rules and policies, I can’t be able to make sure and confirm that, whether paypal for international customers working fine. To confirm this, I have added test product for $0.5 in my store. Anyone from outside India please try making payment, if payment got successful, it would solve my problem and I will refund the amount right away.
