I have changed themes from a basic theme to the theme flow. All of my product page information has transferred across but I am not able to use the collapsible tabs that show on the preview of the page being there. There is nowhere on the product page I can edit to put information in there. How can I activate the tabs so I can add information?

I am glad to inform you that, making the tab is required some custom coding in your new theme if your theme doesn’t have this already. So, the first thing is finding that it can be present. If not, you have to hire a developer who will make it for you.
