Yes it’s possible but only if you know about html and css.
If you need a static solution then you have to apply a dynamic class to each column and then apply background color one by one through css or you can use css child rule.
or You can make it dynamic with the help of developer. In this process developer will provide you an option in theme settings to add background color to each block
