Hello,
On the 24th of November I was looking for tracking software for my new store i was developing and I was browsing the Shopify App Store and I seen Aftership Tracking and it had a 7 day free trial and I thought yeah I’ll give it ago.
Then on the same day it tried to charge me an amount of $262.00 when I hadnt even used there app.
on the 4th my Store was frozen because i had missed bill payments and i was told by support if i payed the Shopify payment my store should be able to open and upon doing that nothing had changed and I still have a bill for $262.00.
I have contacted support on multiple occasions and they’ve stated that its in progess.
Now whys this process taking so long i have been in contact with support since the 24th of november about this bill and its still stopping me from opening my store.
