Hello. My website isn’t loading. I tried to edit the code by adding product “tabs”. Since i was having a few issues, I removed product tab codes and just added the smart tabs app to my store. Now, my store is not loading. Here is URL: www.tandemimperial.com. FYI - the store is currently password protected now because I don’t want customers trying to shop on a janky website. Please help!!!

I appreciate you providing a link to your store. I attempted to load up your shop, but encountered a browser error. This suggests that there is an issue with the domain that you’re using for your store. Are you able to login to your admin and go to ‘Settings > Domains’ and let me know if you’re seeing any error messages there?
I know that you mentioned that you were adding an app to your store and this issue occurred, but the browser error suggests that it’s more so related to your domain, and not the app installation. If you can check your domain settings and get back to me when you can, I’d greatly appreciate it!
Hi. Thanks for getting back to me. I checked and no errors. However, I
noticed in the DNS Settings, I didn’t see a CNAME for the www. Would this
cause a problem? if so, how should I proceed?

I recommend that you reach out to our Live Team as soon as possible to get this situation investigation and resolved. They’ll be able to authenticate you, and see your account details, which is something I’m unable to do here from the Community.
