We are trying to find a sidebar filter app that will be 100% compatible with B2B Wholesale Club by Orbit. We tried a great app called Smart Product Filter & Search by Globo, but it conflicted heavily. We have also tried Filterific by Orbit, which we a re told works, but it is very hard to use with little features. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you use customer tag for B2B customers? This filter app AI Search & Product Filter has the merchandising feature to show specific products based on customer group. You can try it on an unpublished theme without affecting other themes in your store to see if it meets your requirements.
