Help Needed: Disputing My Shopify Store Suspension

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue where my Shopify store has been suspended due to violation of Section Section 7 of the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy. I’ve already sent an appeal with all relevant documentation and reached out to Shopify support, but I’m yet to receive a resolution. Has anyone experienced something similar and been able to resolve it? Any advice or guidance on the next steps would be much appreciated.

The best thing to do would be to reply directly to the email you received regarding the violations. This team is the best to talk to about this and will have the information you are looking for.
