At the moment, I have a footer divided into three columns and I would like to ideally have two sections/rows of footer. In the first row I would like to have the ‘Sign up to our mailing list’ alone, placed in the middle preferably. And in the second row I would like to have it divided into two columns/blocks. I will add images of how my footer currently looks and another image of how I want it to look. Many thanks!

@SPatel123 Check your theme for any such related setting, or section/block you can add to the footer such as custom-html or custom-liquid that would let you manually add another row of content.
If your theme does not have that type of feature then this will be an advanced customization you will want expert help with.
