Hello guys need some help please!

A mobile user tried to access my store today and got an error message saying this site could be risky etc, have run it on URLVOID and it shows 2 scanning engines as ‘detected’ one is SURBL, and one is Seclookup, can anyone help me fix this please?

@Tommyboi - is any kind of suspicious code or app has been added to the website?

Not sure really, no apps that are suspicious I dont think and some custom code but nothing massive! Is there a way to maybe find this out?
