Complete noob here with Shopify. Trying to see if a Magento powered cart can be converted into a Shopify cart. Gotta say, pretty disappointed with Shopify so far and have not even started using it yet!!! I have simply tried using the “Chat with Human” button on the support page, which does absolutely nothing. Tried in 3 different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) and all failed. WTF Shopify!? Not a good first impression. Your own website does not even work properly. Anyway, I would love to know how to chat with someone on my questions about migrating, if its possible, are there tools to do so, can I start a test shop first to see? Would love these and other questions answered without having to jump on a forum. Hoping there is more to support than this. Yes/No???
