Help on subscribe newsletter adding terms and privacy policy (Symmetry theme)

Hi!

I want to add the second textline “By signing…view terms & privacy” in small letters underneath the sign up form where you put your email address.

Can somebody help me please? I think you need a custom liquid for this one.
