  1. Go to the Online Store >>> Theme >>> Customize >>> Hover a cursor on Header as I show you below image
  2. Then how Image steps.
  3. Select more than 1 annoucement bar, and you can write your text too

An extremely sorry for this by the way, this is not possible through customization, store access will be required for it. The second option is that you can use an app. I did some research for you and found these three apps. You can use whichever one you find suitable.
