Help please on the account invite email issue

We migrated our website early this year. The “Send account invite” function worked quite well either manually or through APP. But now it seems that the function stops working. The customers receive nothing even we send it again and again. Not even in the spam folder. Not sure if it is the right place to report the issue. If not, please point us to the right direction.
