Has anyone found a solution to ensure AR products can load in Instagram or Facebook web viewers?
For example, when a visitor who’s opened a link from Instagram tries to tap on ‘View in your space’ under our products, nothing happens.
Also, when a visitor who’s opened a link from Instagram tries to view a 3D model on another page, this code is displayed.
I’m assuming it’s something that is out of our control but if you’ve found a hack or workaround, please let us know. With all this engagement from social channels, it seems like we’re missing a great amount of engagement on a potentially great product feature that Shopify provides.
