Hi! First post on here. As the title states, I recently installed the Tydal Reviews app and I need to remove my old review widget. I don’t remember what my old review widget/app is called. I’m not sure what I did but on only about one or two products, it doesn’t show the old review app. It shows just the new one. The majority of my products have both, though.
My website is password protected however as soon as someone messages me to help I can give you the password. I also have a screenshot of what I am talking about but I’m unsure how to convert the image into the correct formats to upload on here.

If you don’t see it then it might be because your private message setting is not turned on. Verify the following in your settings.
Thank you for those screenshots, the ‘send a message’ button doesn’t appear and when I checked my settings, I don’t even have the “private messenger” tab. Hmm, not sure why my settings appears differently than yours
