Help Required to link a collection list to a page instead of collection

On this page I have a collection list. https://www.ccmtec.co.uk/pages/wash-guns-and-lances

I would like the 2nd one in the list that goes to https://www.ccmtec.co.uk/collections/high-pressure-lances-extensions to instead go to a page https://www.ccmtec.co.uk/pages/high-pressure-lances-extensions

How do I do this?

I have spent many hours looking for the file that contains the code for this but can not find it
