Help! Shopify have stolen £5,500 of our funds. For six weeks now they refuse to tell us why.

Six weeks ago Shopify stopped paying us. Despite constanly messaging Shopify support no one will tell us why and the amount currently held is £5,500. We are a small business and if this continues we will have to close the business! How can they do this to us!
