This email is not a marketing email, it’s an order confirmation/transactional email sent directly from Shopify to the customer after the customer places the order.
I have my domain set up correctly, email notifications using the domain and have added the given dns records correctly, it’s says “Domain authenticated successfully” in green in the Shopify Notifications page.
Made an order myself and the order confirmation email sent from Shopify using my domain went straight to the spam folder. The header of that email says spf passed, DKIM passed. My domain has DMARC set to p=none. When I copied the email header and put it into mxtoolbox everything is green except for DKIM authentication, saying DKIM signature body hash did not verify.
Can someone please help, how can I fix this?
