Help! Significant Sales Drop After Changing Theme

Hello,

We recently changed our Shopify theme to a more professional layout at the end of March, and since then, our sales have dropped from consistent levels to none. Here are some details:

  • SEO: No changes to webpage text.
  • Marketing: Increased activations and partnerships should be boosting sales.
  • Theme Change: The only major change was switching the theme.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Could the new theme be affecting our sales? Any insights on what to check (e.g., theme settings, apps, analytics) would be greatly appreciated!
