Help to create a MADE TO ORDER label for product photos

Hello

I hope someone can help, I am looking to create a MADE TO ORDER label that goes over product photos so customer can tell at a glance whats in stock or not. I have seen this on other website so believe it should be possible but can’t find any options or setting that will allow this. I want it to appear in a similar way to how SALE labels appear on sale items.

I am hoping that once set up it will automatically be put on products that are tagged as made to order.

You can use the Product Labels&Badges app to do this.

  • After installing, navigate to the labels or badges tab and create your “Made to order” label/badge

Label:

  • Select the specific tag

  • Remember to click save.

Hi Amanda

This looks like the sort of thing I’m looking for, though I’ll be honest I can’t really afford to pay for an app at the moment and I’m thinking for now my best option might just be creating a product photo that has MADE TO ORDER written on it.

You can also use the free features to do this with that app (It will be faster than having to rewrite text on each image). You can contact the support team via live chat or I can help you here ^^

Hi Amanda

I had a look through the forum again and I found a solution someone else had given previously, managed to find a simple coding solution that has applied the label for me. I’m sure the app has better functionality but I only really need this small visual so people can see at a glance whats made to order.
