Uninstalled Google App because I was getting an error in the Admin trying to load the App to configure for Analytics 4, Failed due to too many redirects. Now I’m am trying to reinstall the app.

I’m in a vicious loop.

It takes my to my store admin page and says I need to install the App. So I click, Install.

Had the same issue. Here’s how I solved it.

Go to Online Store > Preferences > Google Analytics

Click “Manage Pixel here”. This should get you to the app install screen.
