HELP!! WEBSITE GLIITCH FOR PRESTIGE THEME

Hello, I hope someone can help me here. We are having a glitch on our website. What happens is that, the website is loading in a strange way once, Example, once the Collection tab is clicked, it seems like the logo shifts from the right to left… or sometimes when you click the “Home” tab, the “Account, Search and Cart” tabs flashes very quickly next to the menu logo. I have attached a slow motion video here. You can see the issue on the 12 seconds of the video. Please focus on the right side of the header logo, the “Account, Search and Cart” tabs flashes very quickly. PLEASE HELP!

That is an interesting one! Thanks for providing the video and the detailed description, it’s very helpful!

I can see the strange behaviour in your video, however when trying this myself on your store I am unable to recreate the issue. This leads me to believe that perhaps it is a localised issue specific to your setup. There’s a couple of things you can try to troubleshoot which I will list below.

• Clear your browser cache & cookies.
• Make sure you are using a supported browser - we usually recommend Google Chrome.
• Try a different browser and also a different device such as another computer or mobile device if possible.
• Try accessing your store in a private browsing window or ‘incognito’ window.
• Try a different internet connection - perhaps a different WiFi network or mobile data.
• Update your device OS and browser to the latest versions.

Let me know if any of the above seems to make that visual bug disappear. Looking forward to hearing your findings!
