I FOUND A FORUM THAT FIGURED IT OUT!!!
I had no idea I had “surf2earn” downloaded or consented to it, but it was just removed by uninstalling. Go to search on your laptop, add and remove programs, search “surf2earn” and uninstall it will disappear. Literally a month and a half of trying I cannot believe it’s been in front of my face all along but so well hidden.
