Help with a subscription refund

I signed up with the free trial and I forgot to cancel it. I haven’t used it in awhile and I was charged today. Can I please get a refund? I’m hoping I can. Thanks

  1. Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
  2. Log in (you can do this even if you’ve closed your account)
  3. Select the support topic that best suits your inquiry (such as Account or Store settings)
  4. Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options
