Can anyone help with adding a no guarantee to an email receipt?

Could you share some more details about what you are trying to accomplish? Are you wanting to edit the template for all order confirmation emails on your store or send a single email to a customer with a “no guarantee” clause on it?
You can edit the email templates for all automated emails on your store under Settings > Notifications. It does require some basic liquid coding though which you may need the support of a developer to assist with.
