Anyone know how to allow for more announcement on a announcement bar , currently my theme only allows one and I using it for free shipping but I want to add two more but my theme is limited to one announcement.

Yes, it’s absolutely possible to show up to 3 messages in your announcement bar with a few custom code changes.
