Help with cancelling account when I don’t have access

Howdy,

I just got charged for another year of shopify. I don’t have access to the account that I believe is being charged as I have deleted the linked email and domain. I keep going around in circles on the shopify virtual support and can’t find anything for my specific situation.

is there a human I can get into contact with that can verify my ID and cancel my ongoing subscription? It has been inactive for over 2 years so I have been pingd twice now.

I recommend you close your credit card if you cannot contact Shopify support
