Is there any way I can download my last invoice without having to pay for my Shopify Plan again? I forgot to download it before choosing the Pause plan and now I have to pay for a plan that I won’t use..
Could you please help me out? I just need 1 minute to get into my account and download the invoice, I don’t have the money at the moment to resume this business.

In order to access your invoices, it will require activating your account by selecting a plan. Once you have obtained the invoice, you can then pause your store which will generate a prorated credit on the account which will be used for future invoices.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to close the account, then you can reactivate it, download your invoice, then close the store. From there, you can reach out to our support to request a refund so long as the store is closed within a reasonable time of the invoice generating.
